Prof. Gabriel Vinderola
Prof. Gabriel Vinderola is part of the research team of the Instituto de Lactología industrial (Santa Fe, Argentina) where he is presently independent researcher of CONICET. He is also Associated Professor at the Biotechnology Department of the Facultad de Ingeniería Química (UNL, Santa Fe). He performed different research stages and trainings in the field of probiotic bacteria and fermented milks in Institutes of Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Canada, Brazil and Finland. He gave more than 100 lessons in doctoral courses and scientific meetings and published over 100 peer-reviewed papers in the field of microbiology, technology and functional aspects of lactic acid and probiotic bacteria and fermented milk products.
